All over Body Work out, 
Free Weights, Steps, Crunchies, Skipping, Lunges etc 

Tone up, Work out and have Fun

(Suitable for all over 16 years of age)

In the Church Hall
Every Thursday 7.00pm to 8.00pm 

£2.00 per person

Trainer -  Helen Lee
Y M C A  Fitness Instructors Award L2 (NVQ L2)
Nutrition Module L3 NVQ and Fitness Testing

All participants must be healthy or have seen GP for participation approval
